Method: Import Reviews via DSers & Trustoo Extension​

Option 1: From DSers My Products Page​

Step 1: Access DSers Dashboard​

  • Log in to your DSers account
  • Navigate to "My Products" in the left sidebar menu
  • Find the product you want to import reviews for

Step 2: Initiate Review Import​

  • Click the "Import reviews" button below the product

  • Follow on-screen instructions
  • Select your import preferences
  • Click "Create import task" to finalize the import

Option 2: During Product Push Process​

Step 1: Access Import List​

  • Navigate to "Import list" in the DSers left sidebar
  • Ensure you select the correct store in the "Push Products" interface

  • Find your product in the pushing details section
  • Click the "Import reviews" button on the right side
